About The Ole Country Store & Bakery

The Ole Country Store & Bakery was founded in 2009 in a small space along Route 29 south of Culpeper, VA. Our family-owned business flourished, and we soon saw the need for a bigger space to better serve our customers. In 2014 we built a new building on a property by Lake Culpeper (formerly Lake Pelham) just outside of town. Since then we have continued thriving thanks to the support of our community!

We pride ourselves on serving quality products with exceptional customer service. Our staff enjoys interacting with all our customers - from beloved regulars to curious first-timers. Loyal customers travel miles to visit us, and we have won many awards for our signature items, including the Best Deli in Culpeper for the last 6 years running and Best Creamery in Culpeper for the past 2 years running.
